Pregnancy/ drug question

Ok so here's my question :Who out there took an antidepressent or an anti anxiety medication while pregnant? The only reason I don't is because I am afraid of the effects on the fetus, even though my OB has mentioned some women need them...A friend said her sister was on one during both of her pregnancies...I just feel like a basket case...I don't know if it's an anti depressent or an anti anxiety drug I need...but I do know it sucks .

I *think* that often times the decision is made based on whether the risk to mom/family is more than the risk to baby....I'm sure there are 'safer' ones...

I didn't take any and do not know anyone personally who did...but I think I have read about people online taking Zoloft while pregnant. I'm sure your OB would know which are 'safest.'

prozac or zoloft for all three pregnancies....my babes are perfect.

I have gone off my Zoloft, but the OB said it was fine for me to keep taking it if I wanted. I might go back on it after this 1st trimester passes.
