    When to worry????

    HELP!!!
    DS3 has had a cold for a week now, but today (his 1st BD) he has a fever, has had diarrhea 8 times since this morning and just threw up multiple times. (Believe it or not, neither one of the other boys have ever had the flu) When do I start to worry about dehydration? He wouldn't eat supper, but did eat a tiny bit of lunch? He wouldn't take any bottle all day and has never missed a meal or bottle...

    I think there's a rule about how long they go without peeing.

    I'd be there already if it were me. Will he take any kind of fluid? Nikolai was really picky yesterday and only wanted water or highly diluted apple juice.

      Ummm, I'm not sure about the peeing because his diarrhea has been so bad that it goes from one end to the other.
      Nope, won't take anything at all...I even tried sugary juice he usually loves!
