So here's the first baby poll - is it a boy or is it a girl? We hope to find out on Tuesday (the 24th) if he/she is cooperating.

A little background. DH is one of two boys, his dad is one of three boys (though I did find out this weekend there was a girl daughter who died), his dad's dad was one of four boys.

In my family its all over the map. I'm one of three girls, most of my dad's siblings have at least one of each.

Research seems to beleive fertility treatments lead to more girls, so what is BabyM?

I'm extraordinarily bad at this game. I voted boy, so it will probably be a girl.

Either way, I hope baby suzy sunshine is a healthy one.

Cheri - I'm from a family of almost all girls. The position DH just took has a boat load of little girls. BUT, 9 of the attendings are expecting, and mostly all boys (including us!), so I think it's boys in the water right now. Good luck - can't wait to find out the results!

I told DH I'd posted this poll last night and his response "like they get a vote" Like WE even get a vote at this point!

I too voted boy, I think my chances of a girl are slim to none, with this being our first I'll be fine either way. I'll admit to being a little disappointed if the next one is also a boy though.
