That's a little shocking for a peds appointment in my opinion. We never wait more than 5-10 minutes to see the nurse and then max another 10 minutes (naked babies can get really fussy!). It's a completely different story for my OB and primary though. Can you look for another practice with more physicians or is this at DH's place?

We wait but mostly because I make sure that they know that if they have a choice between taking someone's sick kid or seeing my well kid then take the sick kid first. But I get to make those choices because my husband is right there, around the corner on the left. The shot clinic is right next door (Peggy, did they move it at WRAMC?) but there can be some lines because of all of the kids get all of their shots from the shot lady. (and man, is she fast)

Decided to give them one more chance for next visit. If we still don't warm up to the practice, we'll go to the other big one in the area. Longer drive but if we like them more, it'll be worth it.

I was very pleased with my pediatrician yesterday!! I made my son an apt at 240. I showed up at 2:30. I was driving out of the parking lot at 2:45! Awesome!
