Just for the record, I think that as a middle name, Adolf is fine. Yes, people may THINK things, it is human nature, and some may say things. But it is a middle name. It isn't like you are going to call your baby (should it be a boy) Glockenspiel. Now with that name, there could be trouble.

We wanted to call our second son Cole.....but with the last name Black, just imagine the fun being made even before he was born from DW parents.....

I started thinking of names you should not name a child (and I'm fine with Adolph so it's not on the list):

Vagina ( I actually know of this happening at one point - no joke)
Bubba (again, this is a real occurance I know of)
Uzi (I could just see that happening for some reason....)

I had a roommate in college named Chaquita. Her name was pronounced "shu-kwee-ta" BUT most people when they saw her name would call her Chaquita as in Chaquita bananas - in other words exactly as the name is spelled. It drove her crazy. But, I thought I'd throw this in because I really, really think Adolph is not an improper name.
Who uses a machete to cut through red tape
With fingernails that shine like justice
And a voice that is dark like tinted glass
