I think that's what its called now days. What did you get as a gift from your spouse after the birth of your child or children? I need ideas. Less than $200 hopefully.

I didn't really think of them as push presents, but I got a pair of diamond earrings ( the three stone kind-sometimes I think people use them to represent the past, present, and future) for my first baby. I got a pair of sapphire earrings ( her birthstone) to celebrate the birth of my last baby. For the middle kids, all I got was another baby. 8)Cranky Wife to a Peds EM in private practice. Mom to 5 girls - 1 in Heaven and 4 running around in princess shoes.

Mine wasn't less than $200, but it was a combined push/anniversary/Christmas present, and it's a diamond fleur de lis necklace. Hubby said he hopes I'll pass it down to E someday.
For Mother's Day I got a pendant with E's birthstone to add to my necklace (I have the June birthstone for the baby we lost): http://www.jamesavery.com/product/Co...240/156280.utsAllison - professor; wife to a urology attending; mom to baby girl E (11/13), baby boy C (2/16), and a spoiled cat; knitter and hoarder of yarn; photographer

I got a quilt for my middle kid. I was happy with the babies. And all three kids were born during med school. We had no money. I was happy we had cars and a house. Haha!

Push Present
I didn't get anything, either.
At the same time, I didn't expect anything.
I did, however, receive a floor length organic bamboo woven bathrobe for my first mother's day gift, and I love it.

I just asked DH where my push present was;
"What is that? I assume it has to do with birthing a child?"
I explain
"Oh. You don't get one. You get the love and satisfaction of birthing a child. Or whatever"
And then he went back to his gameMarried to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.
