Yesterday my daughter came home from preschool with a sheet of paper the teacher had xeroxed off for all of the kids. It included a list of how each child responded when asked what special things their mother did with them or for them. I read through the list, eager to see what sweet thing Maya had said about me. The other kids said things like, "braid my hair", "take me shopping", "bake cookies with me", etc. Anyhow I get to Maya's comment and it says "puts in a movie for me"!!! Of course, I read through the list about 5 minutes after putting a movie in for the girls so I could relax a little bit!

That is too funny. When my girls were small my MIL bought me a microwave so that I could reheat healthy leftovers instead of feeding them fast food. Shortly after we got the microwave she called and Caroline told her we had gone to Macdonalds and were reheating the french fries in the microwave!!!!!!
