Jacob's is his "nut bank" b/c the acutal pig broke, so we recycled an empty jar of nuts. I tried calling it his piggy bank out of habit, and he said "Mom. You mean my nut bank.

my dd who will be three in feb...who is a funny little character, thinks WAY outside the box and does nothing "normal" was walking thru JCPenny with us yesterday.

she never pays attention to where she walks...is always lally gaggling around...all of a sudden looks up, with a huge smile and YELLS, "look, mommy, look at all the pretty boobies!!!"

we were walking thru the lingere section. there were bras of every color imaginable. my funny girl...many of the customers were laughing.

More of a think DS did. I told Ds to go and wash his hands before dinner as usual except this time I walk into the bathroom to check.......he was flushing the toilet and washing his hands down it!!! ::

At home the sink is relatively lower and I didn't realise he couldn't reach it!!! I don't know how many times he has done this in the last week!! ::

That and the one and only thing Ds ever put in his mouth, he was 16 months and out in the garden on a hot summers day, my parents were away and left my brothers in charge of cleaning up doggie poop in the garden.......you can guess the rest. I'm trying not to vomit as I write this, it still has that effect on me today! At first i thought it was chocolate and was trying to figure out how he got chocolate......queue screaming! He's never trying to put ANYTHING in his mouth since that day!!!

This isn't really funny ha ha but it is very cute. My 3.5yo is very much into "her version" of things right now. This phase started when we checked out the "real" Little Mermaid book at the library and it didn't quite end the way that Ariel's story ends. I explained to her that it was another person's version of that story and she now creates her versions of stories and coloring pages and you name it. The cute thing is that she pronounces it "mergent" It's so adorable to see her put her little arms on hips and say loud and proud: "This is MY MERGENT of [whatever]"!

Quinn has a tendency to talk on and on about something until you stop him (gee - wonder where he got that), and was doing so tonight at bedtime. Finally I said "Quinn! Stop pontificating about lightsabers and get in bed." He looks at me, cracks up, and says "Pontificating! Good word mom!"

Last night Alexia (2) was going to bed. As I laid her in her bed, she raised her right arm up in the air, and placed her left hand in her armpit. Then she began to flap wildly with her right arm.

Then, my little princess said, "I fart with my arm!"

Think she adores her older brother?
