Jacob was waxing poetic about our family today; identifying who's who, etc. and suddenly said:
"Some kids don't have a mom and a dad. Some kids have two moms. Some kids have two dads. Some kids only have one or the other."
One of the 'funniest' (haha) things he ever said? No. But it sure was 'funny' that he made the observation. We certainly are accepting and welcoming of all family units - but have never had a talk w/him about it, nor has he truly interacted w/any two mom or two dad families.
I wonder which cartoon decided to broach the subject?
