    Fibroadenoma while breastfeeding?

    Technically, it showed up while I was pregnant, but eh. It's starting to hurt me a lot (about dime size) and cause burning feelings while I feed. I'm afraid that if they surgically remove it while he's still nursing, I won't be able to anymore Anyone have experience?
    Nasty little cyst... That boob can't seem to catch a break. :S
