    Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Sandwiches

    This might be fun to do with your kiddos - of course, I'm doing it alone and giving them to my SO as a gift.

    Bake chocolate chip cookies.

    Take two cookies and fill between with lots of vanilla ice cream. Smooth around the outside of the sandwich.

    Roll the edges in mini chocolate chips.

    Enjoy!
