Does anyone have a good recipe? There is a chain of Middle Eastern restaurants in Cleveland where I'd get "shishtawook rolled" (in a pita) and I loved it. I've searched online for a recipe, but the ones I'm finding don't really seem to have any similarities - so I'm wondering if it's a general term?
