    tenderloins with chanterelles

    I could have cried when I saw chanterelles at Costco yesterday. This NW girl needs her wild mushrooms.

    I picked up some tenderloins and am going to make some kind of sauce with the chanterelles. I'd like to make a reduction - any tips on what kind of wine or a specific brandy to use?
