So, I am looking for two cookie recipes:
A kick-butt butter cookie - like the kind you buy at the bakery for an obscene amount of money! The kind that just melts in your mouth...they're like heaven!
The second is a good shortbread recipe - well, actually, a specific shortbread recipe. I really really like those cookies that come out at the holidays and are like bright orange pumpkins or bright red hearts - the kind where the dough is dyed and a cookie cutter was used...
They look like this - except the orange is all cookie - no frosting at all on these babies.
