Ok...maybe I should start my own cooking blog instead of over taking this forum with dessert recipes.
But these were some of the best cupcakes I have ever had. In.my.life.
My mouth is watering just thinking about them.

I cheated and used a cake mix with a box of pudding mix and milk instead of water to make them extra moist.
The pastry cream I did exactly the way the recipe calls for and it did not disappoint.
I also didn't make my own pie crust, I don't have time for that. lol But I did use a pilsbury roll out crust and it was definitely worth having them.
oh wow these are fantastic. They take a little extra time, but definitely impressive, delicious and beautiful.
