In a nutshell I liked it.
He doesn't tell as good a story as Bill Clinton -- but he doesn't go on for NINE pages about something he did in college politics either!
Powell is down to earth, hard not to like, and incredibly humble.
He's been there, done that and has tons of credibility on both sides of the party line.
I especially liked how Powell described each president he worked closely with: Reagan, Bush Sr., and Clinton. It was fascinating how different the leadership styles were from his perspective. He had favorite presidents, and favorite presidents to work for.
Regardless of your politics, it's a good read.
