It's a bizarre little romance comedy. The premise is that this college kid breaks up with his girlfriend and proceeds to obsess about her and then can't sleep. To cure his insomnia he gets a job at the local grocery store where in his sleep deprived state he begins to 'freeze time' while he works there.

It's quirky, it's odd, I thought it was pretty good.

and of course, it's a foreign flick.
