    Gods and Monsters

    This was a very interesting movie about James Whale, the man who directed the original Frankenstein movies. Ian McKellen plays Whale and Brendan Fraser plays his lawn guy. Lynn Redgrave is nearly unrecognizable as his house-keeper.

    It was a great story with fascinating backflashes in Whale's mind as he's recovering from a stroke. It got a little slow in the middle but was well worth the wait.
