Very cute chick flick about a small town shoe factory In England) that was making the same men's tie oxford shoes only to discover that there was no market for those kinds of shoes anymore (the father dies, the son takes over the factory). While laying people off, one of the employees tells him to get over himself and find a niche market. Fast forward and he ends up making shoes and boots for drag queens...aka kinky boots.

It's a cute story and apparently based on a true story.
