This time of year is exciting. Welcome to any and all of you who are entering this phase of life (whichever one, Med School, Residency, Fellowship, or Attending, they all have a level of suckitude!).
If you are reading this, you are one of the lucky ones who have discovered this wonderful support group. No matter where you are in training, there is someone here who has been there, is there, or going there. We are a great support for this rollercoaster called "being a medical spouse". Welcome to all of you.
FWIW, I joined as a medical spouse to an Attending, and I credit this place for my survival. The sooner you join us in our bliss (or misery) the sooner you get our support / compassion / and sometimes more free advice than you ever imagined.
