Exhausted wife of PGY3

Glad to find this site--hope you guys post often. Just seems that this life is such a bubble that no one understands unless they are in it. HAve three kiddos, now a SAHM, been together since HS. So yes I have conquered med school and starting 3rd yr ObGYN residency--and yes we are applying for a fellowhip (add 3 more years) ..Those in or did a fellowship--needing some support here that this is gonna be okay! I am tired of being in debt and having my hubby never home
