  • beating the rat race and burnout

Hi- I'm a US physician (MD) specializing in what's being called Integrative or Complementary Medicine-- a mix of conventional and alternative approaches.

I work with other physicians , one-on-one in their clinics, to train them in a variety of alternative approaches to treating patients---and helping them reorganize their practice, clinic and staff to handle the increased patient loads, while decreasing their overall workload.

There's a lot of unhappy docs out there who are overworked and struggling to keep their practices financially viable. And that's not surprising--- considering malpractice, third party interferences, etc...
These doctors are not actively seeking a fix to their situations because they aren't aware their problems CAN be fixed.

My big problem right now is finding a way to let them know that a viable alternative does exist. My approach is unique in a new but increasingly popular field---any ideas, aid or suggestions from you would be much appreciated!

A bit more info on my services and approaches can be found at: http://altdoc.250x.com/drspage.html
A more complete copy of my CV is available on request.

Although I've set up my services as a commercial venture, I'm also quite interested in working with nonprofit and missionary organizations/physicians. The therapies I teach are more effective, safer and much less expensive than conventional drug protocols; most patient education is oriented toward self care, lessening patients' dependence on future medical intervention.

Feel free to contact me by email if you have any questions, or if you'd like to make use of my services, and we can set up a time for a phone call.

    Thanks, Tim

    Timothy Simmons MD
