It's pouring here. Can't wait for it to turn to snow. Barf. White Christmases are so overrated. I'm mean and hope it all melts before Christmas.

Kris UW cancelled today's finals yesterday. Ridiculous.

Seriously? I was there for at least 6 years and I don't ever remember class being canceled. And this just isn't as bad as it was predicted to be. At this point, there is no reason my 10 y.o. shouldn't be in school instead of picking on his sister. I might have kept her home just so that it would be less driving in the snow, but his school is only 10 blocks from here.

CP - convince R to move to FL and we will start the commune by Heidi!

It's 58 and slightly cloudy. Wind is starting to pick up and its thought that we will get some snow on Xmas. We went on a bike ride today too

Its SO WINDY here. I was fearful of the swaying stoplights when I went out today. We had the slightest flurry yesterday, but other than that, just WINDY.

This morning the ground was frozen solid and this afternoon it was so warm I was in shorts and a t-shirt playing outside with the dogs. Crazy friggin weather.

We were supposed to finally get some snow today (2 to 4"...and we didn't have ANY last year). We got a dusting which already melted. Pffft.

Yeah, he's been getting to work just fine, which is good because he has a metric shit ton of call this week. OB call all weekend and on Christmas.

We've kept the house really well-stocked, but DH and I went out tonight to finish up the last of our Christmas shopping and grabbed a few things that were running low. We can get out, but with our crazy steep driveway and my propensity to break my ass, I've been avoiding the whole mess.
