  • It's been lovely, mostly sunny and 50s, and I've gotten a ton of gardening done. Today was supposed to rain but so far it's just a bit overcast, and I think I'm going to get out there ASAP to see if I can do some more weeding before it starts.

    • Warm now in the high 70's but will be cooling off with the impending storm. We're supposed to get 45 minutes of excitement followed by rain and a nice cool day tomorrow and into the weekend. The rain will be great to knock down some of the pollen in the air.

I use my seat heaters year 'round, they are so helpful for lower back pain. But yes, other than that, April seems a bit nuts to still need them, lol.

            • It is snowing again. Today my sister is doing an outdoor craft show that ties into earth day. It is supposed to snow or rain all day. I am so disappointed because I have a bunch of my soaps for sale and traffic will be non-existent for the show.

                    • It rained again today, with a 50-80% chance for rain for the rest of the day. But, starting on Wednesday, it is supposed to be sunny. Gloriously sunny for several days. I am so freaking excited I can hardly stand it.

                      • Ever since I learned the local weather anchors all go online to the National Weather Service for their weekly forecast at forecast.weather.gov I just go to the same website and plug in my zip code. I figure I might as well go to the source.

Today it's 53 and sunny and supposed to warm up but there is still a frost warning at night.

                        • It's because most tv weather people are not real meteorologist. Meaning they do not have a bachelor is science in meteorology. Aka physics and Calc background. Most of a certificate in meteorology from Mississippi state , if they have that.

Truth. I can't stand the actors who play meteorologists on the news.
