    Athena health

    My office is looking at new EMR software. Today we had a meeting with Athena Health. Seems to good I be true, so I wanted to know if anyone is familiar with it.

    OMG, just signed my contract with them this week!!!!!! Heidi uses them and is happy. I'll let you know as the process starts!!!

      yep, Heidi uses it and while I have no experience with other EMR's I love the fact that I can work from home and have the same real time data that they see in the office. Athena's help desk is really pretty good. There are a few glitches that I don't particularly love, but I think that would be true of any EMR.

      Luanne, which components are you getting? We have the full package, Communicator, Clinicals, and Collector.

        I tried a few years back to convince Z to use Athena after picking Heid's brain. Well this year he F. I. N. A. L. L. Y. boast about getting EMRs... Athena. I said: "Why didn't you just go w/ them back when I told you about it? " He said I nevr told him. I then showed him an old e-mail that I had sent w/ all of the links. He says he likes it.
