You may ask "who would take time to write? That's such an old fashion!"
But then...think about it. We, the premeds, get up so early, eat whatever that our fingers touch, then drag our bodies to those wonderful classes and the routine seems endless.
Maybe it could be a priceless activity / practice / relief to handwrite to those who are sharing the same physical and intellectual challenges to wear that white gown. Besides, you got to improve your legibility.
