So there isn't a single boot camp in the state of Minnesota (figures!) but it motivated me to visit the Y website and finally use that membership that has been sitting for the last few months. So I'm going to motivate myself to do the following, the classes run 7/21 - 8/31 (each class is about 50 minutes). Monday - Cycle studio Tuesday - CSI which is a cardio and strength training class Wednesday - Pilates Thursday - Hatha Yoga I've also signed Adele & I up for a Water Babies class the first week in August, its only 4 sessions but I think it will be good for her. Must stay motivated...
