of being the administrative chief this quarter which means he gets to do the schedule. He already had to deal with a change this week when a resident's MIL died so he had to re-do a week of schedule that he never even created in the first place. Now less then 2 1/2 days until the new quarter starts he's told by the chairman the PD that the staff assignments need to change and the ENTIRE schedule for July - September has to be redone! DH and the other chief had to juggle PA's and junior residents just so that they weren't carrying an entire service alone.I just have to laugh, I don't know what else can go wrong but I'm sure it will, very soon!
