Kris, your oldest will be six on Monday, and my two are going to be two tomorrow! I can HARDLY believe it!!!
I remember when I was completely sleep-deprived and seeing double (no, not the babies--that would make four of them...things like forks on the table, city buses, cups of coffee, number of bottles to wash, etc.) I was almost in tears talking to a friend of mine who had twin girls who were about to turn two. She said: "I can't believe my kids are going to be two!" And now I'm saying it! I remember thinking at the time that I'd never make it that far, that I'd never make it to their first birthday, but here we are!
I'm so amazed everyday by my girls and how they are growing and changing everyday, and now we are having their first little birthday party (they had the flu on their first birthday). So, here's to cake, candles, and balloons!
