Jennifer, that's awful! You should ask around and see if someone would do the MRI free of charge, as a practice case or something. When the hospital my husband works out of got their MRI (just last year), they took all sorts of free scans of volunteers (for example, someone who always wanted to see why their knee hurt). Maybe if there's a clinic with a new magnet they would do your head free of charge. Get your doctor to find some place for that!
