DC is cool! I was there about 5 years ago for an internship. Most of all the places are free to visit and there are some really fun bars. I remember my friends took me to the Hard Rock for my birthday and one of the waiters - he put me on the spot in front of EVERYONE (thanks to my friends) and played the "Macarena" song. It was so embarrassing!

I would have to say Hollywood, CA! There's the Mann's Chinese Theatre, Holly Boulevard, Universal Studios (rt by DreamWorks where I used to work), Magic Mountain is 1 hour away and so is Disneyland! (another place I used to work) If anyone's going to Universal Studios, you'll have to let me know. When my fiance and I were first dating, we used a "secret" entrance and always got into the park. It was fun!
