Who cares about the speed - just doing it is impressive! As I've said all over the place - a 5k is the max my knees can handle.

1 hour freaking amazing pilates class...It was the best I felt in a month.

              45 minute fast run.

I like the accountability of this! Now I have to get my nutrition in line.

23 minutes pilates-interrupted and cut short when I had to help review for a math test

5/14/11 -met running group at bakery, ran 35 minutes.

My legs felt like lead and I was winded...don't know what was up with that. Afterwards, I drank coffee and ate pastries with my running group completely undoing whatever calorie deficit I would have enjoyed. Perhaps tomorrow will be better.

7 plus mile run...and I ran it like a rockstar. I love my running ladies (70 minutes)
rented canoe with oldest child and putzed around for about an hour
trimmed bushes, transplanted plants, and did about an hour of yardwork
took youngest two kids to playground and played chase and had a contest with DD over who could do more monkey bars without falling.

                          Uh, weekend warrior anyone?

that would be YOU! I'm so glad you found that running group! I really wish I could find friends to more regularly work out with. I've been enjoying my walks with Davita, but very soon (probably by the time we return from OH) it will be too sweltering to do that.

I get up at the crack of dawn (when Sean is home so there is a sleeping adult).

It SUCKS when that alarm goes off but I know someone is waiting for me so I have to go.
