Okay - I was on the fence about participating, but I reallyreallyreally need a kick in the pants to keep my running up. I am going to start some cross-training, because I am definitely seeing that I need it. I am also going to try transitioning to running in the morning, even if it means getting up at the butt-crack of dawn.

Since I ran the 5k yesterday and it doesn't count for today (boo hiss) I decided to do a pilates video. So 30 minutes and small cramp in my hamstring later and I want to hit the treadmill again.
