50 minute/ 5.1 mile bike ride towing 35 lb kid + 27 lb trailer. It's like hauling around all of the old me! The route is unexpectedly hilly for Kansas, although I'm sure true cyclists would laugh at what I call "hilly".

1 hour fitness pilates (group class, different than working on the reformer)
50 minute bike ride to the grocery store & back, trailing Mattie (and then groceries). Time does not include time shopping.

7.31 mile solo (non-trailing children) bike ride in about an hour (I can't figure out where the time is logged on this thing and didn't notice when I saved it. Sometimes technology gets in my way.)

swam for 30 minutes tonight, but my goggles were leaking like the Titanic, so I only did 15 laps (750 meters), since I had to stop every few lengths to empty out the damn things. Guess it's time for a new pair. I did to a big of work on my flip turn after spying on the neighboring lane, too.
