I started working out heavily again during May, because I have gained 12 pounds since January. I'm 10 pounds heavier than I was when I got pregnant with DD 10 years ago. I am not sure what's going on because my eating has not changed, but I am motivated to make the scale go down! I re-hired my trainer in May and also worked out on the days she and I don't train together. Part of this weight gain is my metabolism starting to go down due to hitting a certain age. Ugh. I am going to log in here for the June challenge to keep myself motivated. Workouts so far this June:
June 1: Trainer, 60 minutes, elliptical, 30 minutes
June 3: Trainer, 60 minutes
June 5: Weights, 30 minutes, treadmill, 60 minutes
June 6: Trainer, 60 minutes
June 7: Treadmill, 60 minutes, weights, 30 minutes
June 8: Trainer, 60 minutes, elliptical, 30 minutes
So far: 480 minutes
