    11/18/2011 - starting

    My current weight is 198 (eeeeeeeeep). I cannot believe I am putting that out there in black and white. 5 years ago I was 264, so I guess that's something, but my low, 3 years ago was 176. My goal is 160, but I'd like to lose 8 pounds for this challenge. I ran a 5K today.

    Weight loss - 0.0
    Workout time - 60 minutes
    Heidi, PA-S1 - wife to an orthopaedic surgeon, mom to Ryan, 17, and Alexia, 11.

        11/21 - 30 minute run. I had to stop after that because I hurt my ankle. I hope that it's okay for my first and likely last offical, timed, other people there and running 5K. Turkey Trot here I come! Reluctantly. I freaking hate exercise. And eating well. It's bullshit.

        You know, I have run for over 110 miles since March (took a long break for surgery) and I have burned 17000 calories. That's like 5 pounds. That's like over 20 miles of running for ONE pound. You mean I have to run 2 marathons a week in order to lose weight? That's pure and utter bullshit. Especially considering the fact that I have gained 10 pounds in the last few months. Damnit! I hate that I love food so much.
