        11/21 - 35 minutes of jogging

        (would have been another 25 minutes of weight lifting had I not got called out of the gym for someone hitting my parked car!)

              11/24 - The gym was packed!! 1 hour (20 rowing machine, 11 minute run, 30 minute weight lifting) and a fabulous chill time in the sauna

                11/26 - 5K on the treadmill (32 minutes)

                Weight is up (thanks to turkey week) - 177

                        12/1 - 30 minutes (20 minute run -2miles and 10 min. rowing)

                        Total to date: 10h 32min

                        A little tired today so I cut the workout short and sat in the sauna for 20 minutes...Ahhhhhh!

                            I feel guilty counting it...but before every WW weigh in, I workout and do a 20 minute sauna session. I feel like every sweat drop counts.

                            As for today:

                            12/2 - first time do an average 10 minute mile for the run 30minutes (3miles) and 10 minutes on the row machine (2000 meters) and of course 20 minutes in the sauna

                            I have my weigh in tomorrow and have been eating and drinking poorly.

                            Total to date: 11h 12min
