    My goal is not necessarily to lose weight. I'm only about 5 pounds from my goal weight. I'd love to increase my physical activity, but I'm not making any promises on amount of time.

    My goal is to do *something* everyday. Even if it's just a few crunches, which is pretty much all the oomph I can muster towards fitness these days.

    Damn! I can't even make the time to do a 1-2 minute ab exercise!!! How am I ever going to make working out a priority?????

        Everyone still naps! I have no excuse but laziness!

          Did about 15 minutes today! I did a modified 100 workout, the one on pinterest.

          I also walked the mall for at least 3 hours but I don't count that.

            20 minutes jog/walk to and from the vet with a diarrhea butt dog in 50F. Lungs on fire!
