    I'm hanging in here, just not really on the exercise side of things. I've decided not to post my weight (sorry!) LOL.

    It's been so cold outside that each day I promise myself that I'm going to get out and walk/run and I procrastinate. Waaah. It's cold. I think I'll look at joining the YMCA again so that I can walk/ride/play basketball etc.

    The diet is still going well. I've had to add more calories because I feel like I'm losing weight too quickly. Isn't that wild? I don't want to be unhealthy about it and it seems like I've been dropping nearly a pound a day. I should be grateful! I am! I just want to make sure I'm taking care of my health!

    I'm still lagging on the exercise front. It isn't just cold, but we have snow that melted and refroze and turned our sidewalks into slipperyville. :/ I have to get that Y membership! I don't suppose cleaning for my mil's visit counts as a lot of exercise!

    Since Nov. 17, I am down 3.4 pounds. I lost that fairly quickly though at what I think was still the beginning of the Medifast....that was when the weight was still melting off. I haven't lost anything at at all in a couple of days (and even bounced up yesterday despite really sticking with it) and I imagine that now I've hit the slow and steady wins the race phase.

      I am actually up a pound even though I haven't been doing anything differently ... I'm going to really have to work to stick with it today. I've been cooking all morning/afternoon.....and it all smells so good!
