  • Chrisada's Life Challenge 2012

    My main goal this year is to get the remaining baby weight off through diet, but mostly through exercise, which I really enjoy. I am aiming to do a high intensity workout for 60-90 minutes, six days a week.

    90 min. elliptical

    Wed., Jan. 4
    105 min. elliptical

    Thurs., Jan. 5
    90 min. elliptical

    Fri., Jan. 6
    Rest

    Sat., Jan. 7
    90 min. elliptical

    Sun.-Tuesday
    No workout because of Keratin treatment for my hair. Absolutely no sweating allowed!

    Week 1 total: 375 min.
