Okay starting a log for the New Year to hold myself accountable. I gained 2 pounds in the last 5 days! Eeek! I want to make better food choices and I also want to work out regularly because I know it will get so much harder once baby arrives.
I was up 7 pounds before I found out I was pregnant, and I currently have 22 pounds of pregnancy gain. (I still have 14 more weeks to go!!) I know post-baby nearly all of this will have to come off for my clothes to fit again, and I do not want to buy another wardrobe!
So here goes:
1/4 - 60 min elliptical
1/6 - 60 min elliptical
1/7 - 60 min elliptical
