My rhyming ability is pretty lame
Not quite sure what I thinking playing this game!

I'm having a hard time coming up with a first clue
And trying so hard not to totally disappoint you.

While it's not something of which I would normally boast,
neither of us lives on a coast.

Yesterday's clue was kind of bust
So a better one today is a must.

One would have thought I'd be happy,
but for the most part it's been kind of crappy.

Because when my DH finally finished training,
we had to move to a city where it's usually raining.

I come here often to complain,
all the gray skies are a bit of drain.

But I'm saving that one, it's not for today.

For now I'll just have to say,
If we wanted met up one day,

There's no need to fly, you really aren't that far,
It wouldn't be to hard to get to you by car.

If I don't get share it, I'll be a total mess.

Whoa - Frosty left out some words there.... he has a bad cold today, so I guess thats ok. Since I can't edit:

Recently (within the last year, I think), we went on a similar trip.
It was lovely and relaxing, with no obligations other than to sip.

You came back from that trip with a bun (in the oven)
But for me and my DH, the trip was just full of fun.

I suppose I can see how you thought poky based on what I said,
but I'll tell you now my DH's specialty has to do with the head.



*I apologize in advance if delivery of the gift ends up being a pain in the ass. I totally didn't notice that I was ordering from an etsy shop in Japan... of course they used the Japanese postal service to mail it, which will likely mean that it will be transferred to USPS, and then since it's international, they will probably require a signature.... So annoying. Sorry.
