  • Little Stinkers!

Two little monkeys got into a perfume sample in my bathroom. My room smells like...I sure there are all sorts of colorful descriptions I could use. It really smells.

I cracked a window. Any other ideas? They have changed their clothes.

DH is going to be so thrilled when he gets home! The scent will bother him more than it bothers me.

Light a match? Several? Exhaust fan? Change a few diapers in there?
Cut a few lemons in half and set them around?

Good luck! Just remember, there are worse smells than too much perfume. (and remind your husband, too!)

        I like the diaper idea.

I can't believe this, but I can't find any matches. Last week, Anna came across a box and I took them away and hid them. Hmmm...wonder where? I could have sworn I put them on top of the cabinet in the bathroom.

I'm trying a bowl of vinegar. It seems like it is better. That or I'm getting accustomed to it.

Ok, I'm not losing my mind. At least not completely. DH told me that he took the book of matches. Or book of match, singular, and used it to light Anna's birthday candles. And now I can't find any more matches!

The vinegar worked and I can't smell it at all in my bedroom. Phew!

oy vey! they must have felt so grown up.

the way i banish the scent of fried Indian food when the IL's leave is to stick a pot roast in the crock pot w/a bottle of beer and packet of onion soup mix. the scent is so strong it permeates the whole house, and things no longer have the "indian smell" (as Jacob calls it).
