Ugh...I've had 2 sick babies all week...alllllllll weeeeeeeeeek. I'm so tapped out emotionally. I just can't hear the whining anymore. This is an all day long/all night long thing. DH has resorted to sleeping in his office and I'm ready to rip out every last little curly lock I have.

I went to a scrapbooking *thing* yesterday to try and just get a break. (DH was at a boy's night out until really late Friday, so I felt justified!). After 2 hours, dh called and said "come home...Zoe won't stop crying and I can't STAND IT anymore" and then he hung up on me.

So...in the middle of the snowstorm, I headed back here with a friend from the scrapbooking thing. We had no idea how bad the streets were and we actually got stuck and had to have the police push us out of a snow pile...I picked up Zoe and dh was mad because what he really wanted was for me to come home.

My friend's dh is also a dawkter (surgeon) and he was totally apalled that my dh couldn't watch Zoe.

    Waaah for me.

I can't STAND it anymore. Zoe constantly wants to be held and only by me...no one else can hold her.

    aaghhhhhhhhh

:therethere: not right, not fair. what would he have done if you just stayed at your event? he was already mad at you ...

I hope the kids get better soon (and don't pass the bug onto anyone else). Give Thomas a for me.

He probably would have been fine, Jenn....I just figured that since Zoe was crying hysterically in the background and Amanda told me that they had done everything to comfort but that she just wouldn't stop crying...that she'd be better off if I came and got her.

The minute I took her in my arms, she stopped crying...instantly. DH said "see!"

      I'm so beat...
