As I mentioned, Nikolai is REALLY into cooking- almost as much as he's into Thomas. My mom just sent me these recipes and please, if you have any- share!! and if anyone knows what chocobake is- lemme know because I could use a piece of fudge.

    3 Ingredient Cookies

    1 C smooth peanut butter
    12 oz package butterscotch chips
    3 C rice crispies

Melt peanut butter and chips in microwave. Add cereal. Drop onto waxed paper. Cool. Eat.

    Mama's Rice Krispie Treats

    7 C rice krispies
    1 bag big marshmallows
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1/2 C peanut butter

    Hay Stacks

    12 oz package butterscotch chips
    3/4 C chunky peanut butter
1 med. can chow mein noodles

Melt morsels and peanut butter in microwave. Add noodles and drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Cool in fridge.

(This can be done with chocolate chips too, and can add peanuts or miniature marshmallows too.)

    Kid's No Cook Fudge

2 envelopes chocobake (don't know if you can still get this)
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Cherry Cream Cheese Pie

1 graham cracker pie crust (9 in.)
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add milk, lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Put pie filling on top. Cool 3 hours.
