We have Skarloey!!!! He came w/ our most recent DVD purchase. At first I thought we were off the hook, because we have only purchased the metal ones from Target, then I remembered that the DVDs we buy from Costco usually come w/ wooden trains as a bonus gift.

Oh, holy crap. Seeing a Thomas the Train recall just about sent me into overload. We have SOOOO many of those freakin' things but I was glad to not see a single item in our collection listed.

Whew. Dodged a bullet this time.

Oh my goodness, I"d never have known about this unless you posted it, thank you. DS got a James and JAmes coal tender when we were in Boston the last time, it came with a DVD also, must try and find it, take it and replace it. He LOVEs James.

I know...my friend had emailed me the same info luanne posted, but I figured it was also a good idea to post the link to to the actual photos of the recalled trains. It sure hits home when you see your kid's toy in the pictures!! I was just sooo worried I find it w/ bite marks on it...thank goodness DS kept it away from DD2 !
