My oldest was the same as Kelly's son. If I wasn't watching him, he would chew holes in his shirts while watching tv or reading, which went on until he was close to 10. When he was a baby, he needed a paci in each hand to squeeze as well as one in his mouth to suck in order to fall asleep. They all had to stay in his bed starting when he was about 18 months, and at a certain point (between 3 and 4 if I remember correctly) I refused to replace them. So that was pretty much the end of that.
