Have your babes ever spiked a 102 temp while cutting teeth? Our 11 month old is getting her 3rd and 4th teeth consecutively and has been running a 102 fever for three days. It breaks with Tylenol.

Dh says he isn't "overly excited about it" meaning he isn't concerned because he thinks it is a virus. I don't know. It concerns me. Besides not eating much, she doesn't have any other symptoms. Her ears look fine.

DD had 104 fever for 3 days when her molars came in. It always broke with the ibuprofen. It was over Xmas with all of DH family. Fun fun. DH and my MIL (who is a PICU nurse) weren't too concerned about it. We gave her tylenol and ibuprofen and did cool rags. Figured it was her teeth as her gums were bleeding.

When DS was cutting teeth, he would running a temperature. I just kept the Tylenol coming as often as the directions allowed. Teething is rough on the babies and the parents!
