Re: I need parachute
It was ugly. Isabel puked while I was trying to calm myself with a margarita. Poor kid. She puked when we got home too. She seems better today, but what a miserable journey for all involved. Thankfully we have no more flights with kids planned this year. The reality of how difficult it's going to be to see my parent's regularly has sunk in though.
It's a long, expensive trip including a 2.5 hours drive to the airport. I don't see it happening more than once a year.

This age with the kids won't last forever.
When Lauren is 3 it will be a breeze compared to now.
I'd still want my parents to come to me though -- especially if I had a 2.5 hour DRIVE before the flight??!!!! YUCK.
