    Quick help with sitter pay

    I have a 16yr old coming over in an hour to watch the girls. I assume she drives. I already asked her what she charges and got the usual 'whatever you want to pay..'. I paid $10 per hour for a college kid in our old town. Any thoughts?

    I generally pay $8 to $10 for our 16 year old, depending on the time of day (are the kids up?), if she drove (gas), did she have to cook for the kids ...

      Thanks for the advice. I handed her 8 and she said, oh I usually charge 7.
